Training is very sink or swim. Early on is a quick 2ish week program, and supplementary Computer-Based Training about the products. If you aren't very technical, slow on the uptake, and don't know how to ask for help, you will get left behind (or get dumped on the QE team at best). You do get to shadow someone, but majority of the time they are always busy.
When it comes to salary, it is below market what my degree should starts at, and also a bit below market other Consultant/Analyst type jobs my friends have landed.
WFH can make you feel stranded. My light bill has gone up almost two-fold since staying home. At least provide a credit for our Internet bill like you do Cell phone service!
