Training inept. Business climate and culture rife with inefficient, uncoachable and unwilling to adapt to grow existing staff. Antiquated systems.and operations.

Workplace bullying. Lack of training. Policies applied differently to members in the same position/same department.

Company did not have a good on-boarding program for my position, and failed to give a "realistic job preview" of what duties the job primarily entailed. It would have been helpful to have been able to speak with others who did similar work before giving notice at my former employer, as I would have turned down the job. Additionally, the systems used in my role did not talk to each other, which created unnecessarily duplicative processes and manual workarounds. I was also trained by a person who was very disrespectful and unnecessarily critical during my onboarding, which did not facilitate my ability to learn their unnecessarily complicated processes and systems.
