Thank you for your review and for sharing both the positives and the challenges you experienced. We’re glad to hear you found the work environment friendly, appreciated the leadership, and enjoyed the team spirit—that’s the culture we work hard to foster. We also recognize your concerns around sales cycle length, installation complexity, and pricing. These are important areas we continue to refine as we grow and scale our solutions. We appreciate your contributions during your time with PatientPoint and wish you continued success in your next chapter.

Pros

The CEO, Mike Collette, appears to have a clear vision for the company and genuinely cares about PatientPoint's mission. His leadership style seems approachable and inspiring, which is one of the few positive aspects of the organization.

Cons

My experience at PatientPoint was disappointing due to inadequate training and poor communication. My leaders I found deceitful and unprofessional. Their actions created a challenging work environment and, in my opinion, did not align with the values PatientPoint claims to uphold. My rights under the National Labor Relations Act were interfered with, and I was often spoken to condescendingly. My termination felt unjust and non-compliant with fair employment practices. In my 16 years of corporate experience, I have never encountered such a lack of integrity and respect in leadership. I hope the organization takes steps to address these issues for the sake of its employees and reputation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While it’s difficult to read, we appreciate your candor and are sorry to hear that your time at PatientPoint did not reflect the values we strive to uphold. It’s encouraging that you felt positively about our CEO’s vision and leadership, but we take your concerns around professionalism, communication, and compliance very seriously. Over the past two years, we’ve invested significantly in leadership development and training, with a focus on improving communication, accountability, and alignment with our core values. We recognize that building a respectful and inclusive workplace requires continuous effort, and your feedback highlights areas where we must continue to grow. We truly regret that your experience was so challenging and wish you the best in your next role.

Pros

Good training, liberal expense report approval

Cons

Mileage plan reimbursement is a joke The product is terrible and doctors don’t want it. It’s a terrible distraction in the exam rooms and has limited value to patients. In the waiting room patients are using their phones and not looking at a screen Installers are on contract and not trained. Management is non existent. No plan how to navigate the mass consolidation in healthcare

hank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the training and expense approval process. We understand your concerns about product impact and management support, and we’re actively working on enhancements in these areas. Regarding our installers, we’ve transitioned from using contractors to employing full-time team members, which has greatly improved the experience for the offices we serve. This shift allows us to provide more consistent training and support, ensuring a smoother, higher-quality experience for both patients and providers. Your insights are valuable to us, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
