Pros

- The culture used to be healthy and comfortable - The pay was decent - THE PEOPLE!

Cons

- Upper management is completely out of touch - The CEO likes to brag about listening to the company without listening to the people below management that keep the wheels moving. - job expectations change weekly with little to no communication - too many fake C-suite employees - Micro-management is pretty intense here - the biggest con is the company not focusing on perfecting their product before expansion

Pros

- Decent benefits - Great Co-workers - Great company mission

Cons

- Lots of manual and duplicate work on outdated systems/programs - Won’t hire in certain areas which has lead to increased workloads with no compensation. Employees are already underpaid as it is. - Sr. Directors (manager) of certain areas micromanage consistently. Takes credit for other employee’s work and gets away with bully attitude. - No true Job Growth. It’s promised but never happens. - Previous HR & Manager experience demonstrates an attitude of “tell us what’s wrong and we will pretend to care and try to fix it”. - You better know someone high up or brown nose if you truly want to be valued.

Pros

Cool workspace. Former COO is gone and company is moving to a more customer service focus.

Cons

Workload was too much. Departments operate independently and not as a whole company. "Senior management" seems detached and somewhat clueless as to the reality of the everyday.
