Pros

Pay is ok. $17.50hr. some of the people are cool

Cons

They don't train well.. trainer showed frustration towards trainees. Did not explain in detail what needed to be done and when production started not one person to help with questions.

there are no pros unless you are desperate

Cons

you can find a better job besides this place. the staff are unprofessional and with railroad you even if you have medical documentation. they dont care if you have a disability
