Pros

Weekly pay, and nothing more

Failure to investigate fairly when complaints are made or an incident happens by managers they take one side and it's never yours. Promises of promotions and you'll never get it unless you are part of their family who they hired or their friends. Sexual harassment claims fall on deaf ears especially in Pecos 1146 store I know for sure that somebody had also called in to have an investigated when I was sexually harassed and it just got shuffled under the floorboards of the store. People can say anything they want and if you're not Hispanic you're getting fired from this store they even fire to Hispanic lady cuz she couldn't speak English very well. HR claims that there's no retaliation but 3 days after I got a call from HR in the store I got fired. While they quote that they have to follow their policy and procedures in their books they don't but you're expected to. Poor safety procedures in place they expect you to clean up blood and feces and vomit with kitchen gloves and a regular trash bag when you're supposed to follow a biological waste and hazard procedure. Management won't listen to you in fact I was never even asked one single question about the incident that got me fired they just took one person's word and that person went around to every end of her employees in the store to make sure that they were all on the same page of what story they were going to tell and even used a threat on my phone to me about it how she's got everybody ready to talk about me. Management is so disconnected and so in their own little world a person who is a lead that's worked there for over 10 years has actually seen this woman sexually harass me and didn't report it to anybody.

Zero, nobody does what's asked, management is abhorrent.

Cons

Idiots run the asylum. Garbage pay. Over worked if you do what's asked. You do your job plus others because there is no repercussions for being lazy, all you have to do is show up.

Daily meal and fuel discount

Cons

Corporate has added a bunch of tasks to everyone's list and cut payroll to the point it is impossible to do basic job function. They say everything is going to be easier but it is NOT!
