People are actually doing work and enjoying it. A lot of collaboration between departments, no invisible lines between these. Fresh and comfortable office environment.

Cons

Location is not the best: poor connections.

One of the very few startups in Estonia which reached Initial Scale stage and still growing with at a good pace. Employees are not only highly skilled and motivated, but also very sincere and open. Diverse in terms of backgrounds and cultures but share common attitudes towards work and interpersonal relationships. Founder and management are business and tech savvy who care very much about business continuity and highly motivating and pleasurable atmosphere. Product is loved but its users and team has a lot of yet unrealised ideas to add to the offering.

Cons

Company has offices in Tallinn and Menlo park, California, which creates complexity in communication between team members time zone wise.

New age culture Best people around Constant growth and development - you never know what the next awesome thing is going to be Very good and modern working environment with lots of snacks, employees get equipped with top-notch hardware.Everything is very thought-through and organised. The company events are so incredibly fun and entertaining and organised, you wouldn't believe it!

Cons

None really. I am just unpractical enough to leave too far from the office ))
