Exceptional company culture with genuinely supportive and collaborative people Leadership is approachable and actively listens to employee feedback Strong benefits package that reflects real care for employees Great emphasis on work-life balance, making it easier to maintain well-being Positive, team-oriented environment where colleagues are willing to help each other succeed.

Cons

Communication can sometimes be improved across teams and projects Very fast-paced environment, which can feel overwhelming at times Easy to lose track of information due to the speed of change and volume of updates Can take time to fully catch up and stay aligned with everything happening That said, the company is aware of these challenges and is actively working to improve communication. The fast pace is also a natural part of the business and can be a positive for those who enjoy dynamic environments.

Pros

Joining Pipedrive has been one of the best decisions and opportunities of my life. I’ve never worked in a company with such a strong culture and clear values, where managers genuinely care about how their teams feel and what they deserve. I’m truly grateful to be part of this journey and look forward to many more years of learning, growing, and contributing at Pipedrive.

Cons

I don’t have much additional feedback here. One area that could potentially be further developed is the clarity and structure of the career progression plan.
