Was a fun place to work, new office is okay. Management used to listen to employees and allow them to create an awesome SIS.

Cons

Used to be a fun and great place to work, now everyone is worried about what management will be cutting next.

Pros

I've worked for PowerSchool for about four months, and it has been phenomenal. Full benefits with 401k, competitive pay for entry-level, amazing company culture, great customers, beautiful facility, tons of room for growth.

Cons

The infrastructure of the phone and computer systems are still rocky because of the recent transitions. The health insurance is less than ideal, but would be nice in an emergency.

Pros

Great benefits and highly trained staff. Management is focused on ensuring that employees are well-trained and are subject-matter experts in order to resolve customer issues quickly and accurately. Work-Life balance is easy to maintain.

Cons

Enjoyed working here until corporate business decision required mostly all US employees to relocate to new headquarters in California (Folsom). Hard to figure why they believed a $3/hour increase in salary would be an incentive to relocate to CA.
