Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not reflect the respectful and supportive workplace culture we strive to create. We take concerns regarding leadership, workplace environment, and resident safety seriously, as these are fundamental to providing quality care. Feedback from team members helps us continue evaluating our practices and identifying opportunities to strengthen both our workplace culture and the care we provide to our residents.

Pros

Celebration Villa location is small, allowing to learn each of your residents well

Cons

Pay is below average Per Diem employees are not recognized as true staff and often miss appreciation opportunities like Employee of the Month, whether they work 8 hours a week or 32. Allows communities management to get away with playing favorites and bending rules to fit their agenda Allows assisted living communities to take in residents that are above assisted living level of care which often leads to staff getting hurt and resident receiving inadequate care

Feedback from team members is valuable as we continue working to improve the experience for both our staff and residents across our communities.
