Good starting point for QA work

Pros

- Easy to understand responsibilities - People here are generally friendly - Casual work environment - Small bonuses per quarter if you qualify - No experience or degree required - Benefits were fine

Cons

- Took away remote option/ starting to veer away - Little to no career advancement - Lack of transparency from teams - No pay raises (said they were "considering it") - Pay is extremely low for this field ( they will say they meet market standards but that is a blatant lie) - PTO can be hard to come by if they cannot find someone to cover for you Ultimately do not stay here longer than two years otherwise you are wasting your time. Take the experience you get here and go somewhere else that will actually pay you market standard.

As for pay, we strive to offer competitive base salaries, including great benefits like 3 weeks PTO, employer-paid health care plans, and more. By the way, last year, we promoted over 30 people from within the ranks! Be sure to talk with a manager about opportunities you’d like to be considered for.
