Pros

- Welcome to engineers of all experience levels, as my first engineering job, I could not have asked for a better start to my career. - Diversity and inclusivity are a standard practice on a daily basis. - Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is willing to help if you just ask. - Incredible learning opportunities ranging anywhere from Manual testing to setting up Pipelines - Work life balance is paramount, and fully supported by all managers. - Flexible scheduling allows you to actually have a life, and not worry about missing time for Dr/Mechanic/Vet etc.

Cons

- Pay is decent but set, and as a remote position, may not support where you live. - Little to no wiggle room on the above.

Mediocre pay, but comfortable work environment

Pros

Friendly and helpful co-workers Lead and Management are friendly and helpful. Entry level position that has low requirements, compared to most QA jobs in the area. Depending on your project you can work remote. They have promote-from-within mentality, allowing you to climb the ladder. So long as you do your job and things go well for the company, you receive quarterly bonuses.

Cons

Pay seems low for most QA jobs when viewing how much they charge clients per employee. Raise frequency and amounts can seem low and stagnant. Sometimes can be hard to get noticed for promotion depending on project you're working on, along with lead interaction. Health Insurance options are decent at best.

That approach has led to some of the top-tier co-workers and leaders that you mention! As for compensation, we are regularly monitoring our starting salaries to ensure they are in line with market rates within the industry, especially when factoring in the bonuses you mentioned. Also, we recently announced that we are working to build a more robust review process that will be linked with the frequency of raises. I love this company

Pros

This is the first job that I have had where I actually feel appreciated and supported. The team here is super friendly and always willing to help out. They have good benefits for such a small company. It's also a great place to start a career in tech with no previous knowledge. The higher-ups have always went out of their way to be approachable and friendly to me. If the company does well and you perform well they give out quarterly bonuses as well.

Cons

- The work can be repetitive as with any QA job
