It's scrappy but efficient, everyone is like a family member treating each other with respect - working in the same direction towards same goal. More importantly, high inflation and slow economic growth have flatten out some of the world's big companies, especially in tech. But not in Quince, we're growing phenomenally and it's super exciting to be part of this journey!

Cons

There's no "one size fits all" perfect company; but this is by far the best company I worked for.
