No work life balance

Pros

The pay is above average and the company is growing fast. The CEO is honest about the lack of work/life balance and shares with interviewees/new hires that Quince is like a sports team where everyone fights for their spot on the team everyday and those who can't are let go. The products are pretty good and the company cares about the customers having a good experience.

Cons

Expect no work/life balance. Surprising number of employees who leave within 3-6 months. If you are considering working here I recommend reaching out to past employees on LinkedIn for their experiences.

Pros

1. Decent Pay 2. Work can be good if you join a good team. 3. Remote currently (though it seems like they don't want it going forward)

Cons

1. Absolutely no work life balance. 2. Company doesn't have a structure but likes to put a lot of pressure on the employees to deliver regardless of the lack of systems. 3. Multiple ad-hoc work that won't be credited to you. 4. Management blames a lot anything that goes wrong on the employees. 5. Be ready to work on the holidays or if you have taken a leave. 6. No anonymous feedback taken from employees.
