If you are not a manager you are almost treated as if you are not a part of the company. Managers get the same pay every month, and leave the office after work is completed for the day. Non managers work at all hours for many hours, as needed by the company, or you might lose a bulk of your pay the next month due to lack of work. No steady work schedule or pay.
