Pay is not the best

Management is a joke. Training was only through zoom and videos. No support from management even after asking for it repeatedly. Front office is not welcoming and didn’t want to help new people succeed.

Poor management, sometimes they don't give you want you deserve and Pay raise or Positions..

Home time during the busy season is reduced, a lot of redundant paperwork,

Management is poor . They don't value people. They only care about the company making huge profits.

-Low Pay -Lazy manager that spends the day sitting in the office vaping the day away -Driving monitoring system that alerts management of your going 1 mph over speed limit, but management complains because you take too long to drive to a jobsite….??? -Dirty, hot, no respect -Mechanic is a duschbag -They violate the Stormwater Pollution Protection act by washing chemical catcher in the yard that flows into a nearby ditch.
