Good pay and benefits. Decent PTO time.
Cons
Total dumpster fire of an operation based on the business they are in. Lack of resources at the branch level and poor support at the corporate level. The daily paperwork and metrics are ridiculous. No training program or protocol for any position. Lack of respect for employees or their time.

Great company to be with if you're looking for a career or something long term. Excellent benefits and competitive pay, if you put in the hours and ask a lot of questions you will see a lot of success.
Cons
In the past there was some lay offs just as many other companies experienced as they relied in Oil & Gas heavily. But they have made some changes and have diversified into other industries such as construction, municipalities and industrial work.

Lots of growth opportunities, if you work hard, it will pay off. I have been with the company for 3 years. I love the fact that I can work for a company where there is lots to learn. I enjoy the fact that every day is different. Having co-workers that are willing to help is a plus. The pay and benefits are competitive, and I am thankful that Rain For Rent offers a 401k with a generous match. Rain For Rent prides itself of safety so they offer an extra incentive for being safe. I did not experience all these benefits at my last job. I am glad I decided to make the move and start working for this company.
Cons
Because of the company’s size, it can be overwhelming at times having so much to learn and get used to. It just takes a little time. On the flip side it can be a rewarding challenge.
