Pros

Company provides training and certifications needed for advancement in the field.

Cons

Company is more focused on revenue than the quality of treatment that is being provided for the clients. They also have little to no regard for heath and well being of their clinicians.

We are glad to hear you value the training and company-sponsored certification we provide to our Team Members. These benefits allow for us to provide high quality services to our clients. As with any for-profit company, it is essential that we generate revenue to be utilized across our clinics. This revenue allows us to provide continuous professional development to maintain our high quality of care as well as to create opportunities to reinforce our Teams. One of our 2019 goals has been to focus on Team Member Retention. We strongly understand the value of our Team Members and are continuing to recognize areas for improvement. Although these improvements take time to thoroughly plan and implement, we are listening and communicating our values to our Team Members by recognizing when changes need to be made.

Pros

Being at a physical center can make for great idea sharing.

Cons

Unfortunately the CEO and supervisors squash any ingenuity or creativity. All ideas must 100% align with the CEO’s, no questions asked. The unethical practices, proddings to always be working more, and utter negligence that we as employees have lives and families of our own create an utterly toxic work environment—unless you’re one of the “preferred” employees. I’ll end by saying that the biggest travesty—the thing that really speaks the deal on steering clear of this agency—is the 18-month non-compete.

We want to thank you for the time you spent with our team and serving our clients. Although it is not clear when you worked with us, one of our 2019 goals has been to focus on Team Member retention! We strongly understand the value of our Team Members and are continuing to recognize areas for improvement. Over the past few years, we have implemented a robust Quality Assurance & Compliance program to ensure all of our Team Members are in compliance across federal and state standards. We hope you took full advantage of our resources of mentors, HR, and our anonymous reporting option for concerns of ethical, compliance and/or quality concerns. We are continuously striving to improve, and we are best able to do so when current team members share concerns and work collaboratively on solutions. We are highly transparent about our agreements, as they relate to our benefits. Team Members are encouraged to ask any and all questions before endorsing any agreement.

Pros

They helped me develop a stronger clinical set in areas in which I had no or little experience.

Cons

They requested employees go on indeed and glassdoor to write positive reviews of the job. They make promises and fail to keep them. The bottom line, this is a for profit business so while they do focus on what is best for the client, there is extremely heavy pressure to make money (lots of billable, sending you home if your client calls out sick last minute, etc). This company is very cliquey. Hopefully you fit in, but if you dont, it sucks pretty bad.

Thank you for your dedication to our patients and their families over the past several years. We are happy to hear you experienced the value in the training we provide to develop high-quality clinicians to serve our families. As a part of our mission to recruit and retain the best in the field, we do remind and encourage our Team Members to leave reviews about their journey with Reaching Milestones. However, leaving a review is completely voluntary. We always appreciate honest feedback. We love our Team Members, but our patients are our t top priority. We are always working to adjust our schedules to balance the high-quality services we provide to our patients and providing our Team Members with a healthy work-life balance. As with any company focused on children, we cannot always plan for illnesses and/or other family commitments. We continue to review our cancellation policies with our families to ensure they are invested into their therapy schedule and we work hard to provide opportunities to fill all schedules whenever we can. It sounds like you may have identified better solutions than what we have in place, we’d love to discuss them. Please contact us at recruiting@reachingmilestones.com to connect.
