Pros
I love that we work hard to promote confidence to our consumers. How can you be against that value? We have a HUGE "confidence" sign when you first walk through our doors. "Creating confidence one conversation at a time," is the soul of our company. Seeing consumers transform into positive, confident people is very rewarding. Management also takes our values and promotes it to their employees. They have an open-door policy, sit amongst the teams (so you can't even tell who they are), and genuinely want to see you grow with the company.
The culture/environment of the company makes it very easy to come to work on a monday morning. You can be comfortable, be yourself. Wear work out attire if you feel like it. Some of us even go for afternoon runs. Wear a pair of nice slacks if you'd like. Everyone here can fully be themselves. We do not have a cubicle style office. The decor is comfortable and inviting. There are desks (sitting or standing), couches, two kitchens and multiple rooms for you to work in for whatever is comfortable for you. Overall, the work-life balance couldn't be better. We all bring our significant others, kids, friends into the office to hang out. Oh and of course all the dog! Our Director of First Impressions is a labradoodle. New employees are never made to feel "new." Everyone enters the RealSelf family accepted. We ALL like to see new people coming in to make us better.
I can go on and on but those are my favorite things about this company. The culture and the values. You have to come here every day for 8 hours. You spend so much time at your job you should love it. Isn't that what we all strive for?? You will be excited and motivated working at RealSelf. I would put my job on it ;)

I don't know everyone's name anymore ... I guess that's a blessing in disguise for a fast growing company!
