Pros

If you work at ReliaQuest, you are pretty much guaranteed to grow exponentially from a personal and professional perspective. The experience you pick up is some of the most highly valued in the IT Security realm. This is an organization built by the smartest and most talented individuals under the direction of top-tier leaders.

Cons

This isn't the right place for everyone. If you are ambitious, talented, and willing to stand out amongst a group of other, very smart people, you will do fine, however, if you are simply looking for a 9 to 5 paycheck, you may need to take a step back and think. I can tell you that there is always work to be done, and never a dull moment. I can probably count with both hands the number of "slow" days I've worked, but it certainly pays off.

The Grass IS Greener...

Pros

Working at ReliaQuest has been such a pleasure, so far! I was always worried about, "The grass isn't always greener on the other side...", but making the move was definitely the right choice. ReliaQuest has an amazing culture, and you instantly feel like this is home! The employees are well taken care of and genuinely appreciated. Everyone is very welcoming and very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I have yet to have a negative experience with anyone that works here, which is extremely refreshing! Also, there is so much to learn and there are endless opportunities internally- I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. Needless to say, the grass IS greener!!

Cons

Good question? Every company has room for improvement, but there's nothing glaring. The "cons" usually get addressed through the open door policy with the CEO and leadership very quickly!

Great Culture, Endless Room for Growth

Pros

The company since I have joined as grown leaps and bounds, and has provided everyone an opportunity to expand their roles and responsibilities, and learn new things. They have a strong initiative around training and development, and offer reimbursement tuition and certifications, and even offer a leadership program for emerging leaders. Going the "extra mile" on tasks never goes unnoticed, the team here is amazing and overly helpful to help everyone succeed. Huge emphasis on people and culture, very positive and fast paced environment. Benefits are amazing. They pay 100% for benefits so NOTHING comes out of my paycheck for my health, dental, and vision. They match, my 401K, and contribute into my Health Savings Account. I can see myself working here for many, many more years.

Cons

I dont seem them as cons, but because the company invests a lot of time and training in employees, in return they expect commitment and drive in return. You will get pushed out side your comfort zone from time to time, embrace learning new things!
