I've been with ReliaQuest for almost five years and it really is a great place to be. The work ethic and attitude that all of my co-workers and leadership team possess would be difficult to find at another company. It's a fun and fast-paced environment where you are always learning new things, and will grow professionally and personally. ReliaQuest provides great benefits, incentives, and training!

Cons

Not a con, but the people who apply to work here must be able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.

ReliaQuest is a top notch company that is exceling in every aspect of Co-Managed IT Solutions. You are constantly given opportunities to grow and learn and the training program that is currently in place allows you to adapt quickly where you wouldn't get this type of training within another organization. As long as you apply yourself and continue to adapt in the fast paced environment of Information Security, the opportunities at ReliaQuest are endless.

I have been working for the company for less than a year and in that time frame I've gone from having no sales and communication experience to getting some of the best and hands-on training I could receive. The focused atmosphere and continuous learning, mixed with the overall benefits of the company, makes it the greatest place I've ever worked. Everyone is really friendly and the best part is having the room to grow into a number of other positions that peak your interest over time. Help is all around and there are plenty of resources to grow as an employee.

Cons

As common as it sounds, if you aren't genuinely willing to learn fast and move fast all while remaining humble than this place isn't for you.
