      Pros

      Great team, company is fast-paced with lots of energy. Management is excellent at promoting the strengths of the individuals and in developing leaders. They treat their employees with respect and push them to excel.

      Cons

      Probably not the place if you don't want to push yourself or continually learn.

      o You will be given the opportunity to succeed with this company. o The budget for training has increased greatly. The opportunity for obtaining lucrative certifications and cross training into new technologies is available in spades. o The culture within ReliaQuest promote bonding and esprit de corps. Morale is high in this office. o We depend on each other to be successful at what we do. o Healthy, subsidized meals for employees.

      Cons

      o As a Field Engineer, travel cadence can get out of rhythm. There may be times I'm gone for three weeks to a month. They do fly Engineers back for at least a weekend every couple of weeks. o No structured review in place. Without one on one feedback, it's difficult to gauge developmental progress. o Soda is only a quarter! This makes it exceedingly difficult to drink something better for you when it's so cheap.
