      Pros

      Outstanding people and culture — Leadership is approachable, teammates are collaborative, and there's a real sense that everyone is rooting for each other to succeed. Strong growth opportunities — Management actively invests in development, encourages new ideas, and gives you room to take ownership of meaningful work. Healthy work-life balance — Flexibility is respected here, and the company genuinely cares about employee well-being. Great communication — Goals and expectations are clear, feedback is constructive, and you always feel in the loop. Meaningful, engaging work — Projects are interesting and you can see the real impact of what you do every day.

      Cons

      Honestly, very little to complain about. If anything, the company grows so quickly that there's always something new to learn, but that's a great problem to have.

      Pros

      An atmosphere and company that will back you and invest in your personal and professional growth through mental performance coaching, social skill development through customer engagement, and maximizing your potential through technical challenges. ReliaQuest is a place that will push you to be the best in terms of performance and potential. There's not many companies that will allow you to travel to different locations to engage and collaborate with fellow teammates as well as customers in order to build better relationships. Unlike other companies I've worked in, you really do see the fruits of your labour through certifications, leadership training, and internal promotions. Despite the difference in geographic locations, ReliaQuest is united through a collective mindset which sets them apart. Proud to be working for a company that is leading the innovation in Cyber.

      Same disasters keep repeating because accountability is completely nonexistent!

      Pros

      The infrastructure was decent enough. Time off requests were processed without hassle.

      Cons

      • Mistakes that surfaced every cycle were never truly fixed, only briefly acknowledged before being ignored and forgotten • The same issues kept returning in different forms because root causes were consistently neglected • When problems arose, blame was passed around instead of anyone seriously investigating why systems collapsed • Leadership allowed failures to repeat endlessly instead of making meaningful changes to stop them • Failures were documented but never examined or prevented, causing the same mess to play out again and again
