ReliaQuest has been a great place to work as a BDR and has helped me not only develop my sales skills but also a winning mindset. The environment no matter what department you walk through is extremely motivating and very supportive. The team is collaborative and leadership is heavily invested in coaching. There are real opportunities to grow and learn within the company. The role can be challenging, but the culture, people, and constant encouragement from leadership has made it a great place to build experience and advance my career.

Over the past year at ReliaQuest, I’ve been pushed in ways I didn’t expect stepping into the role, which has been one of the best parts of my experience. I have been trusted with responsibility and brought into conversations far sooner than I anticipated, which has forced me to learn and grow at an accelerated rate. So far, no two days have been the same. You’re going to be challenged and pushed outside of your comfort zone, but that is what makes walking into the office every morning so exciting.
