Pros

- Great people (who are left) - Flexible PTO

Cons

Leadership is disconnected and misaligned, with poor communication both among executives and to the rest of the organization. Top talent is leaving across all departments, from senior leaders to individual contributors, on what feels like a weekly basis. What’s left is a group of burned-out employees carrying the weight with no clear direction, no recognition, and a constant fear of being next on the chopping block. Reputation used to be a place people were proud to work. Now, it feels like survival mode. There are some attempts being made to turn things around, but the general sentiment is that it may be too little, too late. Morale is at an all-time low, and people are actively looking elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. We're sorry to hear that your recent experience hasn’t met expectations. Your perspective is important, and we want you to know we’re listening. We understand how difficult it can be when valued colleagues depart, especially when their absence impacts workload. Our intent is not to maintain the status quo or place additional burden on remaining team members, but rather to use these moments as an opportunity to reassess priorities, streamline efforts, and work more efficiently until an appropriate backfill can be assessed. If you’re feeling unsupported, we encourage you to connect with your manager or HRBP, we’re here to help. We recognize that morale, retention, and communication are critical focus areas. While we know there’s room to grow, we remain committed to strengthening leadership alignment, enhancing transparency, and building trust throughout the organization. Thank you again for your honesty and for the continued contributions you make as part of our team.

Pros

- Individuals who are hard working and believe in the product - Great people - Flexible work schedule

Cons

- Concerning trend of sexism, especially within the Customer Success team. Female leaders were all bypassed for promotions, or even demoted, so that less qualified male candidates could be brought in. What was a diverse team of leaders, is now all males who are friends outside of work. - C Suite aware of growing concerns around sexism and equality for women in the workplace, but have made no meaningful changes. This was brought up in an all hands, within employee surveys, and numerous exit interviews of employees leaving due to these concerns. -Growth opportunities are limited, as leaders tend to favor employees or hire external candidates (despite qualifications) who have a personal connection to hiring manager.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback. We’re glad to hear you found value in the people, flexibility, and product at Reputation. We truly appreciate the contributions you made during your time here. We take concerns about diversity, inclusion, and equity very seriously and remain dedicated to ongoing efforts to strengthen these areas through employee feedback surveys, leadership accountability, and internal initiatives, such as our Pathfinder Project, which will include employees from cross-functional groups coming together to develop actionable recommendations that will drive meaningful improvements within the organization. We recognize that perceptions of limited growth opportunities and favoritism can be frustrating and damaging to morale. We want to be clear that our goal is always to hire and promote the most qualified individuals based on merit, alignment with our values, and the needs of the business — regardless of personal relationships. That said, we also understand that when employees don’t see clear, consistent pathways for development, or if hiring decisions lack transparency, it can lead to concerns about fairness. We're actively working to improve internal mobility, career development frameworks, and manager training to support equitable growth opportunities across the company. We appreciate your insights and will continue working to ensure that all employees feel supported and empowered in their careers. We wish you the very best in your next chapter.
