      No growth, stagnant work but repetitive so choose if interested

      Loved working at Reputation. Great middle management while I was there.

      Pros

      Great middle management during my tenure at Reputation. Product is good, quotas are attainable. Overall, I really enjoyed working there.

      Cons

      Every company has it’s challenges. Reputation’s biggest challenge imo is being able to move quickly on changes (product or operational changes) and being flexible with contractual terms. All of which can be corrected easily.
