Good news! While our salary cycle was slightly delayed, the program was completed and all employees' salary increases were retro’d back to the original processing date of our salary cycle.
We recognize that periods of change can sometimes bring new processes, expectations, or levels of accountability that may feel different from past ways of working. While that can occasionally be perceived as micromanagement, the intent is to improve alignment, collaboration, and execution to ensure we can deliver the best possible experience for our customers. We encourage you to speak with your manager and/or HRBP if you have any further feedback around that process.
On the topic of devices, this is something we have been actively addressing in the Hyderabad office. Through research and an onsite visit from an Apple engineer, we identified that some of our laptops were underperforming in non-temperature controlled environments and have since resolved those issues through maintenance. Headsets have also been provided to help with background noise. If you are still experiencing any device challenges, please reach out to IT or the head of Tech Support directly. Replacements requests will be considered on an as-needed basis.
