Pros

Reputation is not just a workplace; it's a supportive and empowering community where personal and professional growth thrive. From day one, I was impressed by the emphasis on individual development and the freedom to explore new opportunities. The company's open-mindedness and value for fresh ideas create an innovative and dynamic environment. What sets Reputation apart is their enablement of proactive employees, allowing me to take the lead and make a tangible impact without all the typical "red tape." I've been struck by the extraordinary passion that radiates from the entire employee base towards both the company and its customers. Witnessing the dedication and genuine care that my colleagues bring to their work every day is truly inspiring. There is a collective drive to exceed customer expectations, creating a vibrant and positive atmosphere that fuels our motivation. Being part of a team that deeply values customer satisfaction and strives to build lasting relationships based on trust and excellence is incredibly rewarding.

Cons

As Reputation enters a new phase, it presents some great opportunities to go to the next level. The company is currently facing a transition that demands a proactive, strategic, and collaborative mindset to thrive. Employees that can embrace this will be very successful. The company's overall trajectory and commitment to success make it an exciting place to be.

Pros

My favorite part about working here is the people. This company has such an amazing culture and are so supportive in helping you to be successful. They are very big on collaboration within teams and across departments. I look forward to coming in and seeing everyone in office and enjoy the hybrid schedule. I've learned so much from the leaders at this organization and appreciate the growth opportunities within the company.

Cons

Very if, if any come to mind.

Pros

Throughout my 2 years at Reputation, I have truly never been happier at a company. Whether it's the day-to-day job, the people here, or simply the product itself, I'm beyond grateful to have found this opportunity. If you are a person willing to actually put the work in, show up each day with motivation, grit, and the willingness to learn from others, the leadership team will do everything they can to help you grow in your career. We are consistently given a wide variety of incentives based on performance (team events/outings, leaving early when we hit our goals, giftcards, etc.) and the managers always ready to celebrate our wins accordingly.

Cons

With the current state of the economy, it's only natural that businesses (especially those within the tech industry) find ways to do more with less. Unfortunately, during these uncertain times you can't be attached to a timeline in which you will see upward career growth and those decisions are not always up to the business, but rather dictated by the state of the economy. These situations tend to put leadership in the "hot seat", however, given these difficult times of lay-offs and budget cuts, I feel our leadership team has handled these business decisions in the best possible manner. It's never an easy decision, but at the end of the day, we have to remember this is a business. My advice to anyone looking to join a sales team (especially an SDR role), is that you must be adaptable, willing to collaborate and learn from others, and most importantly - willing to have tough conversations with your leaders about your goals and what truly motivates you. In this role you need to be patient with growth, (but know there IS a light at the end of the tunnel) and leave your feelings of entitlement at home. Just keep in mind....the grass is not always greener on the other side.
