Pros

RevSpring Inc. is focused on engaging patients conveniently and efficiently to optimize their experience related to their appointment and fiscal responsibility. RevSpring's flagship product is called IWS. IWS is an innovative product that is gaining momentum in today's market. This is an exciting industry to be in. RevSpring is a fast paced company that rewards their strongest employees. If you like to work in technology and enjoy working with teams, RevSpring is an extraordinary place to work. I highly recommend taking a closer look at what RevSpring is all about.

Cons

RevSpring is a company made up of 6 smaller subsidies. It took a couple years of hard work to streamline and collaborate the teams. At times, it can be difficult to stay connected and informed. Over-all, the business model and long-term goals align well with people who excel and thrive on new challenges. Any downside can usually be associated back to an individuals personal opinion. The team members I work with are motivated for all the right reasons.

Pros

The folks that work at the Oaks site. Wonderful and hard working people that deserve much more credit than they get.

Cons

The upper management in Wixom is RevSping's biggest cons. Full of themselves. Every man for himself attitude. Not up front with people. No ethics. C level employees have their heads buried in the sand. People just don't trust these manager and/or directors and you shouldn't. Nothing is at face value.

Pros

The people you work with are nice. The atmosphere is slightly laid back and management is helpful and do not micro manage. There are committees in place to try and boost morale as there is always something going on.

Cons

There is a high turnover rate, which puts the existing work on the remaining employees...many of which are not fully trained. This causes a highly stressful environment at times. The pay is average considering what you are asked to take on and until recently a training program was nonexistent. Raises are consistently bad, despite your efforts throughout the year. Sometimes, management makes decisions that make no sense.
