Pros

The employees create a family - type environment which makes everyone feel welcome. They are the backbone of the company and will do anything to help someone out. There is schedule flexibility to help balance life/work.

Cons

There is no true training program, though the person who does train is very knowledgeable. More of a sit - and - take - notes training style. Management is slightly inexperienced but improving. Turnover withing the last year has been high. Very little room to advance.

Pros

Very friendly coworkers. Willing to help if you were having issues with production.

Cons

Poor supervision. Supervisors were not very "hands on" or willing to work with you. Played the favorite game. Our second shift overall manager didn't want to be bothered, always out of touch and always wanted every night to go perfect.
