Pros

Social/activities a warm place to work at - small time operating company (growth is only through acquisitions)

Cons

Very poor upper management - CEO and top executives provide little value to daily business operations and increased business activity (talkers). CEO portrays open door policy but it is a mask. Executives are home while Account management expected to work long hours. No compensation for upselling - slap in face token $5 gift card for SOME qualifying services (10%)! Upper management allows unethical behaviors with key employees - do not enforce their ethics policy. Pay scale LOW.

Pros

The mission is good and is helping people.

Cons

The upper management is terrible as everyone has said before. This company acquires companies and do massive layoffs, HR doesn’t care and the whole company feels archaic by the way they conduct themselves.
