Flexibility and work/life balance, but only if you fight for it. It definitely won't be handed to you.

Have the freedom to be independent, not micromanaged

Cons

Fairly chaotic, and not alot of structure or visibility on team wins. Very fast paced. Management is to busy to answer questions
