Have some very smart and caring team members in IT and customer service

Cons

Executive and senior management are weak and have not been able to manage the multiple companies they've acquired much less integrate anything. Always dealing with "the issue of the day" rather than improving. Customer service required to lie to customers often to cover up mistakes and alter reports to fit the story. Some of us refuse to participate in this behavior and are not looked kindly upon.

Terrible management team. Terrible HR. Low pay. Low annual raises. No incentive to do well. Very few advancement opportunities.

RevSpring's flagship product is called IWS. IWS is an innovative product that is gaining momentum in today's market. This is an exciting industry to be in. RevSpring is a fast paced company that rewards their strongest employees. If you like to work in technology and enjoy working with teams, RevSpring is an extraordinary place to work. I highly recommend taking a closer look at what RevSpring is all about.

Cons

RevSpring is a company made up of 6 smaller subsidies. It took a couple years of hard work to streamline and collaborate the teams. At times, it can be difficult to stay connected and informed. Over-all, the business model and long-term goals align well with people who excel and thrive on new challenges. Any downside can usually be associated back to an individuals personal opinion. The team members I work with are motivated for all the right reasons.
