Pros

Fabulous products with a passionate knowledgeable staff. Amazing Sales team - genuinely nice and appreciative. Almost everyone works remotely.

Cons

Staffing is extremely lean. Senior management often wears multiple hats for differing job functions, which makes it difficult to get time on their calendars and / or timely feedback. That wouldn’t be a problem if they also didn’t have final approval on everything. There is little autonomy. It’s not uncommon for some senior management to speak down to people. Minimal staff appreciation other than a monthly PPT of associate accolades. No bonus structure outside of “strategic contributors.” Minimal yearly pay increase. Minimal diversity.

Pros

Great Team Culture – Collaborative and supportive environment where team members genuinely care about each other's success. Professional Growth – Opportunities for learning and development, with mentorship programs and training resources readily available. Work-Life Balance – Flexible work hours and remote options make it easier to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Heavy Workload – Sometimes the workload can be overwhelming, especially during high-demand periods or tight deadlines.

Pros

There are experienced technical leaders you can learn from

Cons

1. Not Agile. Customer Support drop high priority requests without managing expectations, and escalate to CEO without context or teamwork with technology. 2. Quality Issues. Quick to hire more customer support staff but not developers to do more and have time to do quality work. 3. Getting yelled at when... * You and your teams work days, evenings, weekends, on PTO, etc. and make a mistake or don't sacrifice more personal time to improve legacy systems and efficiency that others built, in anticipation of a future customer request * You communicate reasonable timelines, but leadership expects you to still complete current priority projects and start/complete the new priorities in the same amount of time, without quality issues, and without additional resources. * If you miss a date even though other priorities were also thrown on you and your team. If you're aggressive with a date and miss or if you communicate a realistic date that is longer than their expectations, expect to get yelled at.

Pros

I was paid decent money

Cons

Management for Implementation was dreadful. Multiple acquisitions led to a lot of confusion. Outdated programs, and poorly developed products. I was surprised at how rude they were to clients. It was bar none one of the worst positions I have ever had. There is a high level of derogatory discussions both on teams within RS about other staff and also horrible discussions and comments about the stupidity of clients. I was appalled by the whole experience. My manager did nothing but talk badly about other team members both on our team and throughout the company. This Manager also had a drinking problem and would be doing drunken team chats at all hours. I am so glad I left.

Pros

The product is really good and there is a robust team of in-house engineers that work and innovate on the products. The CEO is wonderful and he makes everyone feel like they are listened to.

Cons

The managers can be really bad and disconnected from reality. Managers give very vague goals and then display advanced unprofessional behavior if things aren't going exactly how they want them to.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry you have experienced disconnected managers who display unprofessional behavior. This is not the environment we want any employee to experience. If you are open to it, I would love for you to reach out and speak to me directly about what can be done better so we can work for change. Please contact me at reller@revspringinc.com. Thanks.

Pros

Great managers. I’m very supported and communication is good. Regular training happens across multiple teams and it seems like there is always something new developed.

Cons

A little siloed. Seems like not enough people understand how it all comes together across teams. Healthcare benefits are meh.

Thanks for taking the time to write a 5 Star Review! Really pleased to hear you like the amount of training and communication you are receiving. I'll pass along your concerns to the relevant stakeholders regarding additional training on how everything comes together. Sounds like that would be a great training topic.

Pros

Good learning environment, strong exposure to DevOps and cloud technologies, collaborative team culture, and hands-on experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and automation tools.

Cons

Limited opportunities for broader platform ownership and long-term career growth compared to larger engineering-focused organizations.
