Cons
Once your permanent that's when you see the unprofessional, narcissistic, toxic way of management treats employees, have personal and HR oriented conversations in front other staff, supervisor aggressively verbalized attacks on employees. Mgmt and Supervisor not communicating with one another. Picking and choosing college buddies to take supervisor rolls. And then within a month they are promoted. Telling you not to use your sick time. The nature of the mgmt staff, is basically to tear down there staff make the employees you dont like uncomfortable so they can either resign or they get written up day after day. All school tactics that will cause this company to get sued.
