Making a Difference, not just a Living!

Pros

Making a difference is a cornerstone of working here and it's so nice to work with people who are passionate about making a positive impact in the world. It shows in every interaction I have here. Keeping inebriated drivers off the road, while helping people bridge the gap from daily drinker to sober person is literally saving lives. The work/life balance is good and many positions are either fully remote or hybrid with a flexible schedule. The Management is thoughtful, supportive, and enthusiastic about listening to other viewpoints.

Cons

The facilities are a little dated looking, but at the same time people go out of their way to make things feel like home and make sure everyone has what they need. The benefits are okay, not stellar, but sufficient. They are also a little expensive, but with inflation these days, perhaps that is to be expected.

The only pro I can think of is that it is a remote position.

Cons

Horrible company. The pay is absolute dirt. Completely over promised what you can make in commissions. Bonuses held back due to accounting errors. Can't get any help from Management. Do not waste your time with this company. They do not care about their employees. The turn over is crazy and they just don't care. They will just get the next group of suckers in a 2 week training course where they will continue to lie about what you can make in commissions. Good luck to any clients that need help. The wait time is 4 hours at best on hold to talk to an agent.

It’s remote, that’s it, not sure if that’s even a pro when there are so many others that at least pay decently.

Cons

Management sucks, the pay sucks, the staff is rude. You’ll be overworked and underpaid. They’re ableist and won’t accommodate you no matter what. You will be absolutely miserable working here. Also they steal wages.
