The salary compensation is relatively higher than other companies.

Cons

There is no sense of being apart of the company when working full-time at client-site. At client-site, you must pay for parking. There are no free snacks or coffee, let alone water. Upper management hardly ever visits and no engagements are made to invite those at client-site to come over to corporate.

This used to be a nice place to work but all good things come to an end as is the case with STG.

Cons

Maybe reorganization with Global Defense will bring in the right people to change the business culture. A more likely outcome is that resources will be leaned out to point that the most pressure will be placed on the few. The real talent will walk out, your customers will lose favor for you and all you will be left with is a shell of a building.
