Seemingly enjoyable "family" like small company that's not able to provide fulfilling career opportunities for Analysts.

Working for corporate STG provides many fringe benefits and flexibility for its employees. The atmosphere is friendly and family oriented at the head office.

Cons

STG drops personnel when the contract ends without any grace period. This issue is most prevalent with Intelligence Analysts, likely due to the limited Analyst services contract vehicles available at this company.

they do pay you on time and benefits are commensurate with other firms

Cons

no upward mobility - senior management is always hired from OUTSIDE the firm. the pm's, vp's come and go like the wind. they stay long enough to find a real job (with better bene's, bonus). the work force - well, it's a body shop, u get paid, and, at year end u might get a nice $300 cash award right b4 the pm's low-ball the labor rates, to make sure they keep that task order.

Long time employees are still trying to keep the ship afloat. There are still many quality employees who believe in the future success.

Cons

New management doesn't seem to have a clear direction for the company. Previous "family" atmosphere has given way to CYA and finger pointing.
