      Pros

      This company has excellent health benefits. I was with them for two years working at a government agency and during that time I went through a crucial health crisis that would have cost literally in the tens of thousands of dollars. Through STG's benefits package I paid little to nothing for weeks of hospital treatment. The company must have shopped around, and I believe they made the choice they did because they truly care about the welfare of their employees. The annual Christmas party is a blast.

      Cons

      Morale was low at some job sites - so low that it was not uncommon to hear complaints about STG from co-workers.

      Pros

      Great Management, Great Atmosphere... Being that they are small company it makes it easy to get to know everyone quickly

      Cons

      Low Pay.... Being that they are a small company, if you get tired of your job theres little opportunity to look around for another job... Leave levels are very very low
