Family friendly work environment. Flexible when needed. Benefits are great compared to what others in the area are offering. Holiday Gala is well worth attending.

Cons

TYraining is not offered as much as it is stated. Promotion from with in is limited. They often hiring from outside when there are people available within that have a proven track record.

Cons

Work flow is minimal, most days are spend staring off into space without any assignments. All work could be done from home or through telecommuting, but the company requires all employees to be in the office.
