Pros

Great teammates, good benefits, remote role.

Cons

Co-Founders are very hands-on with the day-to-day on the Corporate Sales Team and it's suffocating. Unrealistic revenue and activity goals Disrespect from one C-Level in particular

Pros

Work from home. Paychecks don't bounce (yet).

Cons

Product barely works: Discover is good for staffing companies on certain software, but that's it. Engage chatbots don't work, auto scheduler doesn't work, mass texting, all of which is done via Twilio, doesn't work anyway as Sense phone numbers get identified as spam by the carriers. WhatsApp "solution" doesn't work at all. Leaders claim Sense is only company with its solution set, not true. Candidate and employee communications is a very competitive space with tons of other players. Nothing that Sense offers is unique to it. Company is tiny, does hardly any business and is running out of money. On every company wide call, leadership lowers its forecast. Will hit about 40% of sales target this year, and it's all driven by the staffing group. Corporate side is a joke and should be shut down. It does less than a million in business and none of the sales they've made get implemented anyway, because none of the integrations work that they claim exist. If you are hired as a salesperson or account manager and are given an existing (billing) account, be very careful, multiple people have had commissions "clawbacks" when a client tears up a contract because the product doesn't work or worse, its been a year and it was never implemented. Problem is, those reps weren't the ones that sold the solution, so they didn't get paid the commission in the first place. BDR team is a joke. Leaders promise sales reps the BDRs will set 3-5 appointments per rep, per week. Not even close to true. The only appointments they set are from inbound leads, and most of those aren't qualified anyway. But the BDRs will beg the sales reps to "approve" the BDR leads, so they can get paid on them. Very little diversity at the company unless 50% of headcount being located in India is considered Diverse. There was one black and three latino employees in the US when I left this month. Comp is way below market, both salaries & commissions. If you complain enough, you'll have more company shares awarded or worse yet, be given the option to buy more. Problem is that those shares are completely worthless. The company will never be close to big enough to go public, leaders are praying they get acquired by a large HCM provider.

Pros

Location is prime for great restaurants.

Cons

Leadership is untrustworthy. Culture is toxic unless you know how to code. It's a shame because there are some wonderful people that work here but they just aren't aware
