Pros

It looks like a solid company. Has a good presence in the staffing space. Product has a measurable ROI.

Cons

Might have reached its ceiling. The SVP of sales will sell you on a pipe dream. The company will treat you as expendable before you even hit the 3 month mark. Turnover here seems to be the normal and if you read the reviews you will find a common theme. The last day of the month seems to be the day everyone sweats and that’s when they let people go without any warning. Steer clear if you want to work for a company that cares for its people. It’s really a shame.

Pros

Great pay, product, benefits, and most important of all- the people. Some of the brightest I've had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

Unattainable goals, Executive leadership unwilling or unable to see trends or data that proves this. Book of accounts are 80% worthless. Started 2022 with 4 teams of 10 or more sales reps, by Aug of 2022 that was reduced by half. I hear it's even less now. Ask how many AEs or Senior AEs consistently hit their number that are even still there. Good people were either fired without ever having a chance or left because they saw the writing on the wall.

Since then, we have recently hired key Sales leaders and are implementing new processes and sales methodology training to make our employees even more successful.
