Pros

- Fun to get exposed to the entire engineering + business stack. A typical week involves networking, dev-ops, archiecture design + development, interviewing, hopping on customer calls, working across product/sales/customer success, etc. - Experienced founders who are clear on our product's value and focused on building something real - It's fun being in a company that's growing so fast. Excited to see where we go - Feel supported to own + contribute to projects (lots of opportunities around building new projects + scaling existing ones) - Never alone if issues arise because the team does a great job jumping in to support

- Benefits could be better - Typical startup challenges of context-switching short vs long term tasks

Pros

- Everyone is extremely nice - I've never worked in such a collaborative environment before - Founders have been through the process of creating a successful start-up before so they definitely know what they're doing - This is an interesting space, with an endless amount of problems to be solved - I feel like I'm learning a lot and challenging myself daily - People here are very smart - and the pace at which things move force you to be equally as smart to keep up

Cons

- Standard growing pains - structure and lack of documentation can make the ramp-up period a little challenging - Some things tend to be reactive - would be nice to plan more in advance so we can shift more on offense than defense

Location is prime for great restaurants.

Cons

Leadership is untrustworthy. Culture is toxic unless you know how to code. It's a shame because there are some wonderful people that work here but they just aren't aware
