Pros

The engineers and PMs all have each others backs. It’s a good team.

Cons

Management has some requirements for process and procedures that is laborious and inefficient.

Pros

The company is growing at a rapid rate. Compensation is average. They are pretty open to being on par with the average so very few employees felt like they were getting underpaid. I do think Sentinel will be a successful company.

Cons

The company doesn't have a proper understanding of fulfilling customers needs which made my job a lot harder. I felt like the management team did not adequately give me the tools to be set up for success. In often times I felt like I was left on an island. The reason for this is the company is growing at a rapid pace which is great for long term I just would never work here again.
