Pros

-not a lot of pressure -low quotas - an older company so not going anywhere -good boss - if you're trying to break into tech this wouldnt be a bad place to start. They hire a lot of reps that dont have technology sales experience,

Cons

- doesnt pay well at all for sales tech job, and even worse for a VAR -very archaic company -good ole boy culture -the guy who runs sales for the entire company hasnt sold since the 80s so hes way out of touch -not focused on growth at all, so don't come here if you way to grow -people just have titles to have titles -not very good benefits -weird they ask you to buy the executives gifts for holidays

Disappointed With Employer

Pros

One of the redeeming qualities of this company is its utilization of cutting-edge technologies, enabling employees to learn and adapt swiftly. Additionally, the flexibility of remote work adds further appeal to the job experience.

Cons

My experience at the company was marked by significant challenges, including excessive workload without overtime pay or bonuses, and interactions with leadership that were often condescending. For instance, when seeking clarification on a basic query, a director launched into a lengthy lecture instead of providing a direct answer, which was discouraging. Additionally, the company's approach to time off was misleading, initially promising 2 weeks of vacation upfront but later requiring employees to earn specific hours, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction. This pattern of behavior reflects a culture where employees may feel undervalued and unsupported. Regrettably, due to these cultural and managerial issues, I would not consider returning to work at this organization.
