Beginning of the end

Pros

Was a company with promise and a success story but over to cons.

Cons

A sad end with a merger with it’s larger sized and competent competitor Sales staff are leaving because of threats of jobs and no faith in our sales head who’s demonstrating pitiful behavior to keep his position focused on his image management. Aging quickly and burning bridges with mobs who have left company since last year when he came in. How many more need to leave before you activate on exiting the cause.

Pros

It was great working for the company and it had a strong culture.

Cons

The company has pivoted from its values. Not sure what this merger will look like but i dont believe Service Express will be the great company it once was. So many tenure people who were there for years have been let go or jumped ship to other companies and its sad to see.
