Paid less than our sellers. Not included in Sales Team (Sales Kick Off or other Sales incentive programs). But we're on hundreds of sales calls and are key to sellers success.

Cons

Toxic bully culture at sales leadership America under the disguise of “doing great things” and performative humilty which has led many to run away from the organization because of blaming, shaming and negative behaviors. Blurring personal and professional boundaries which is a pattern here.

Sales a cautionary warning

Met some knowledgeable people and built real relationships that brought me to my newly current role

Cons

Voluntarily left to join another company in a similar field but wanted to warn current and future sales staff on the USA Sales team. Led by a member of leadership who has formed a toxic culture and staff and leaders across sales and marketing have left the company. Inappropriate remarks to women seen first hand, and probably more?
