Company is about to merge and everyone is worried about layoffs. Pay is pretty low for certain jobs.

Pros

- great foundational methods in teaching sales at a basic level - optimal if you have little to no sales experience - fun team with supportive management

Cons

- pay does not reflect amount of work put in - changes being made to company on sdr level that is hurting at the moment but could be beneficial in the long run - new commission plan not realistic
