Service is relevant to virtually any corporate IT Department. Lots of good people within the org.

Cons

Culture has been ruined by executive greed. Most out of touch senior leadership you can imagine.

Some of the people are not genuine or have any clue what they are doing Micromanagement Toxic Positivity Zero Leadership support Poor Compensation (Base & changing commission structure) Unrealistic Sales Targets

Work Life Balance and Compensation are strong with Service Express. Lot's of career opportunities and growth if you are willing to put in the time and effort.

Cons

If you are one to ride the wave this company is not for you. Change is very frequent and hitting quota is crucial to your success.
