People. Some really good people who need respecting and looking after. No other pros currently as benefits being reduced significantly

Cons

SLT are so disengaged from staff. No technical focus Only Sales orientated Dont listen to the concerns and improvements required Lack of technical resource meaning work life balance is non existent

- Fantastic growth - Culture where people can thrive by thinking bigger picture, not settling for the "as-is", being an entrepreneur, and working hard. - People generally care for each other on a business and personal level.

Cons

- The culture allows for complacency because the company's purpose of providing the the best experience for the customer, partners, and employees is viewed as "do not challenge" the customer, partners, nor employees. - The business functions would rather work within their silos to avoid talking with with other functions and avoid any potential conflict. - Leaders do not hold their people accountable because it does not provide "the best experience." - Leaders do not develop their staff and provide opportunities for growth because employees are busy with their day to day tasks. - Employees' view of development is to read books and do ride alongs. - Employees would rather tell their leaders of the problem instead of being part of a solution.
